Positive Integration Practices

Ten interviews from the Italian experience of the project ERIAS

Listening to other experiences can help us to enrich our story, especially when it comes to business and integration in a foreign country.

The European project ERIAS (founded by the European Union’s Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund) collected few stories of integration of third country nationals in the labour market in the host countries. Each story tells us something about moving in a new country, about starting our own business, about learning a new language or deepen our skills as well opening our mind and be ready to overcome the obstacle, even if it is hard.

From the “VADEMECUM – Positive Integration Practices” of the project ERIAS we selected to stories collected in Italy. Ten persons (multicultural entrepreneurs, native entrepreneurs, newcomers and new employees) tells us their personal successful experience and offer us small tips to reach our success.
