Customer relationship management
To make sure we always know who is buying from us and how we communicate with them, it is important to keep a Customer Relationship Management system. This can be a simple document (text or spreadsheet) where we keep customer’s contact details (phone, e-mail, address), what products they usually buy and a short summary of our last communication with them, whether in-person, by phone or in writing. This list should also include potential customers who we plan to contact and offer our products to.
