One of the sectors the project SEE ME IN focuses on is gastronomy. From here starts our Culinary Treats journey, a collection of recipes from different parts of the world, created by chefs who have decided to open their own business in another country.

We have collected the stories of three gastronomy businesses in each of the five countries involved in the project. As you browse through the pages, you will be able to try out new recipes, discover new dishes and read some tips that restaurateurs consider essential for those who want to pursue a career in this sector.
